✔️ Each e-gift card is valid for 3 months from the date it’s issued, so you can roll them together towards a bigger treatment if you prefer.

✔️ Members receive complimentary 3-monthly skin reviews with full digital skin analysis. We’ll review your goals, track changes, and adjust your plan when needed, so you feel supported as your skin changes through the seasons.

Prestige Skin Club Terms & Conditions

We keep things flexible but fair. Here's what you need to know before joining:

✔️ Each e-gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
After that, it will expire.

✔️ Use your e-gift card for any in-clinic treatment
Facials, advanced skin treatments, injectables, you can use your e-gift card on any treatment on the menu.

✔️ Standard cancellation policy applies
Reschedules and cancellations follow our usual policy. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may still be chargeable.

✔️ Minimum term is 3 months
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.

✔️ Payments are taken by GoCardless Direct Debit on the 1st of the month
By signing up, you agree to pay £95 per month by Direct Debit for a minimum term of 3 months. Direct Debits are collected on the 1st, and your £120 e-gift card will be emailed once payment has been successfully processed. After the minimum term, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel with one month’s notice.

Do I have to sign up straight away?

You’re welcome to come in for a consultation first. No pressure - just honest advice based on your skin.

What if the treatment I want costs more than my e-gift card balance?

No problem! You can simply use it as part-payment toward any treatment. If the treatment you choose is more than the balance on your gift card then you’ll just pay the difference.

Can I use my e-gift card to buy skincare products too?

Your membership credit is for treatments only.

What if I miss a month or forget to book?

Life happens and that’s why your gift card is valid for 3 months.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

We have a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that, you can cancel anytime with one month’s notice, just pop us an email. Pausing isn’t currently available.

Do I need to book the same treatment every time?

Not at all. We’ll adapt your treatments based on what your skin needs and you want. Every appointment is personalised.

What's the cancellation policy for missing appointments?

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, or you may be charged. Full details of the Prestige Skin Cancellation Policy can be found here.

Can I gift my e-gift card to someone else?

Membership e-gift cards are just for you - they're non-transferable. Your skin deserves this consistency, and we want to honour the care we’ve planned specifically for you.

What's included in the 3 monthly skin consultations?

These are check-in appointments where we assess your skin’s progress using advanced digital skin analysis, review your home routine, and adjust your treatment plan if needed. It’s about keeping things on track, not just ticking a box.

Do memberships include injectables?

Yes! Your e-gift card can be used towards any treatment offered at Prestige Skin, including injectables. If the treatment costs more than the balance on your e-gift card, you’ll simply pay the difference at your appointment.
