Membership terms & conditions

- Treatment credit must be used within one month of payment and cannot be carried over to future months

- Treatment credit can be redeemed against one luxury bespoke facial

- Standard cancellation policy applies for cancelled appointments

- Minimum term 3 months

- You agree to be charged the agreed monthly membership price for the minimum term of 3 months

- Once the minimum term has expired you can cancel by giving 1 month's written notice

*excludes Anti-Wrinkle Injections (e.g. Botox®) as these are a Prescription Only Medications which are not allowed to be included in promotions.
