Dermal Fillers in Cambridge
As we age, skin loses collagen and hyaluronic acid which leads to flattening, shadows, and lines.
You might notice:
- Lips that have lost definition or look uneven
- Nose‑to‑mouth or marionette shadows that make you look tired
- Hollowing at the cheeks or under the eyes
- Previous filler that looks lumpy or migrated
Dermal fillers can replace gentle structure and softness so you still look like you, just well‑rested and balanced.
Immediate refresh with minimal downtime
Instant shape and symmetry for lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline
Soften lines and shadows while keeping natural expression
Reversible and adjustable, since hyaluronic acid can be dissolved if needed
We primarily work with STYLAGE hyaluronic acid fillers for their balance of longevity, softness, and precision.
Antioxidant mannitol helps reduce post‑injection swelling and may support longer‑lasting results
Advanced cross‑linking technology provides smooth, natural movement
Lidocaine‑containing options improve comfort during treatment
If you have a brand preference based on past treatments, we can discuss this at consultation.

Most dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid. When injected into the skin, hyaluronic acid attracts water, instantly filling out wrinkles and adding volume and shape where necessary.
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance within the body, which makes adverse reactions to it unlikely.
There are a variety of techniques to administer fillers in a subtle way to reshape lips, add lost volume to the face and fill out folds. Lip fillers can also be used to address any asymmetry in lips, particularly clients with cleft palates.
I will tailor the treatment to your specific facial anatomy to avoid over filling and create a natural result.
You may feel brief stinging or pressure. We can use topical numbing and most fillers contain lidocaine for comfort.
As the skin ages, it gradually loses collagen, elastin and fat. These are the components of the skin that give it structure - the skin's scaffolding. When present in high amounts, skin is supple, firm and plump. As the levels of these components decrease, our skin becomes thinner, more lined and wrinkled with reduced volume, plumpness and fullness.
Strategically placed fillers take the place of lost fat pads and collagen. This helps to restore the skin's volume and fill deep wrinkles, giving the face a firmer, more youthful appearance. Not only are injectable fillers used to restore lost volume and firmness, they can also be used to sculpt and change the appearance of your face.
The time needed for a filler appointment depends on the area being treated and the injection technique required. As a guide, 1 ml of filler typically requires no more than a 1-hour appointment, and the procedure is often completed more quickly. For larger treatments, such as 4–5 ml of mid-face filler, a 2.5-hour appointment will be allocated.
On average 6 to 12 months, depending on the area treated, product used, and your metabolism.
Yes. We can dissolve previous filler first, then carefully refill once the tissue has settled, usually from 2 weeks.
That is completely fine. We will discuss your goals, assess your face from multiple angles, and agree a plan that suits your features and budget.
A patch test is required before any treatment that uses hyaluronidase for dissolving.
