Prestige Skin Club Terms & Conditions
We keep things flexible but fair. Here's what you need to know before joining:
✔️ Monthly treatment credit can be rolled over — for up to 3 months
Your membership credit is valid for 3 months from the date it’s added to your account. After that, it will expire.
Example:
You're a Bronze member. You decide not to use your £65 credit in January or February, and instead ‘bank’ both months to book a higher-value treatment in March (worth £195 total).
If you don’t use that credit by the end of March, the January £65 will expire — because it will have reached its 3-month limit.
✔️ Use your credit on anything in clinic
Facials, advanced treatments, injectables — you can apply your balance to any treatment.
✔️ Standard cancellation policy applies
Reschedules and cancellations follow our usual policy. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeited credit.
✔️ Minimum term is 3 months
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
✔️ Payments are automated & ongoing
By signing up, you agree to monthly payments for the minimum term. After that, your membership will continue on a rolling basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime with one month’s notice.

Do I have to sign up straight away?
You’re welcome to come in for a consultation first. No pressure - just honest advice based on your skin.
What if the treatment I want costs more than my monthly credit?
No problem — you can still book it. Your membership credit acts like part-payment toward any treatment. If the treatment you choose is more than the credit you’ve banked, you’ll just pay the difference.
Many members choose to ‘bank’ their credit for a couple of months to put it toward higher-value treatments or a course — it’s a great way to spread the cost without sacrificing your skin goals.
Can I change membership plans later?
Yes - we’ll review your progress and adapt your plan as needed. Think of your membership as a flexible journey, not a fixed contract.
Can I use my membership credit to buy skincare products too?
Your membership credit is for treatments only. However, Silver and Gold members get 10% off skincare purchases — a perk we know adds up over time!
What if I miss a month or forget to book?
Life happens — that’s why we let you ‘bank’ your monthly credit for up to 3 months. After that, it will expire. We’ll always try to remind you before that happens!
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
We have a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that, you can cancel anytime with one month’s notice — just pop us an email. Pausing isn’t currently available, but banking credit gives you some flexibility if you need to skip a month.
Do I need to book the same treatment every time?
Not at all. We’ll adapt your treatments based on what your skin needs at the time — every appointment is personalised. That’s the whole point of a plan that actually works.
What's the cancellation policy for missing appointments?
Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, or your credit may be forfeited. Full details of the Prestige Skin Cancellation Policy can be found here.
Can I gift my treatment credit to someone else?
Membership credit is just for you — it’s non-transferable. Your skin deserves this consistency, and we want to honour the care we’ve planned specifically for you.
What's included in the 6 monthly skin consultations?
These are check-in appointments where we assess your skin’s progress, review your home routine, and adjust your treatment plan if needed. It’s about keeping things on track, not just ticking a box.
Do memberships include injectables?
Yes — your treatment credit can be used toward any treatment offered at Prestige Skin, including injectables. If the treatment costs more than the credit you’ve banked, you’ll simply pay the difference at your appointment.
